Effluent Treatment Plant

We Design, Manufacture, Supply, Erection and Commissioning Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) on Turnkey basis for various types and natures of wastewaters, effluents which combines advanced physico-chemical treatment processes with tertiary polishing system for the removal of organic, inorganic, oil and grease, heavy metals & suspended solids. With the presence of abundant industry, there is increment of compounds of heavy metals and synthesized organic compounds into water causing its pollution. It is adding some 10,000 new organic compounds each year. Further, with the technological changes taking place in manufacturing process has resulted into more addition of compounds discharge. Conventional waste water treatment process is not efficient to treat the polluted water.

Operation

Our ETP based on the aerobic respiration method, consists of three stages primary treatment, secondary bio-treatment and tertiary treatment. The effluent water is passed through various processes such as chemical dosing, aeration and settling, the final treatment filtration cum absorption taken place by filters. Finally the processed water goes to advance treatment and we get usable water used further for irrigation and purposes.

Hospital Effluent Treatment Plant

Hospital Effluent Treatment Plant is an effective solution for the safe disposal of the waste water generated from hospital waste as it contains more complex and toxic suspended particles like blood stains, bacteria and other pathogenic organisms.
The Process Involves :

  • Primary Stage- Removal of coarse particles, oil and grease and mixing co-agents in the water
  • Secondary Stage- Extensive aeration of the primary treated water, bacterial growth, addition of oxygen and chemical and lastly settlement of the biological waste as sludge
  • Tertiary Stage- Effluent is passed through (DMF) dual media filter and (ACF) activated carbon filter

Vehicle Washing Effluent Treatment Plantt

Vehicle Washing Effluent Treatment Plant ensures excellent savings in fresh water intake and drastically reduces discharge to drains. It implements an environment friendly technique for the treatment of car wash effluent that consists of many pollutants like free oil & grease (FOG), surfactants & chemical oxygen demand (COD).
The Process Involves :

  • FOG removal, COD reduction, TSS removal for polishing
  • Ultra filtration to remove all the suspended matter

House Effluent Treatment Plant

House Effluent Treatment Plant involved a series of process for the treatment of the waste. The waste generated from house contains large amounts of blood, fat and hair, which is above municipal standards. In addition to this, it also contains high oil and grease content and high chloride content from salting skins.
